Q: Where are you based? How far will you travel?
A: We are based in Neath, South Wales, but we are prepared to travel all over the UK. Please note that travel expenses and overnight accommodation maybe required.
Q: Can we call past clients, and ask them about your work?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to research us, and calling past clients is a perfect way to do it. Just email or call us, and we will, with their permission, put you in touch with other happy customers.
Q: What do you mean by a Montage leading up to the Service?
A: This is where our creativity can really make a difference. We take all the best footage we shot before the wedding began: which will include the bride, groom, family members etc, and put these together with your choice of music to create a brilliant opening for your wedding! Montages are very important to make your wedding DVD a masterpiece, and something you’ll never get tired of watching! In the Gold and Platinum packages we offer a montage which includes the beginning and end of the ceremony and highlights of the reception.
Q: How long will it take to receive the finished product?
A: This depends on which package you pick, and how quickly we receive your choice of music. It normally takes between 4 - 8 weeks, but may take a little longer at peak periods.
Q: Do we need to pay a deposit?
A: When you book, we will ask you to send us a deposit of £100. This secures our services for your chosen date.
Q: Do we have to pay in full before the wedding?
A: We will meet with you two weeks prior to the wedding to finalise any special requirements you may have. We will ask you for a further deposit of £500 at this meeting. Any outstanding money is payable when you have approved the final draft of your wedding DVD.
Q: How much are extra DVDs?
A: On every package, you receive three DVDs. Additional DVDs for friends and other family members are £12 each. This price includes postage (if applicable) and the professionally designed covers for the disks and cases.
Q: What makes you stand out from other videographers?
A: As we are experienced in a range of different projects, we use the inspiration and knowledge we have gained to produce a wedding video with class and originality. We are experienced in producing films for various broadcast media and we know what it takes to create something worth watching time and time again.
Q: What equipment do you use? Will it be very noticeable on the day?
A: The cameras we use are relatively small compared to TV cameras, but they are of a professional broadcast quality using the latest HD technology (Sony XD Cam EX1), making them perfect for weddings.
Q: Do you work closely with the Photographer?
A: Of course! We like to maintain a good working relationship with the photographer to make sure you get the best results from both of us.
